Zega Logo Australia - Scam fraud company
I had paid Zega Logo to plan my site and they didn't structure it how I would have preferred. They didn't think about my structure suppositions and didn't pursue what I requested that they do. They referenced they give boundless rounds of changes yet this is an untruth, they gave me 2 adjusts and after that attempted to charge me for each round after, this is false publicizing as on their site they referenced they give boundless rounds of changes until you're cheerful. When I requested a discount they will not offer it to me and even attempt to copyright my logo, it's a costly, long and unrewarding procedure. I would advise every other person to remain totally away from Zega Logo as they overlook your messages and there telephone number they never get and hinder your calls, when I approached them for their area they referenced that they are an American based organization also, have an Australian delegate that telecommutes and gave me his personal residence, does not look proficient to me.

I had paid Zega Logo to design my website and they did not design it the way I wanted. They didn't consider my design opinions and didn't follow what I asked them to do. They mentioned they provide unlimited rounds of changes but this is a lie, they provided me 2 rounds and then tried to charge me for each round after, this is false advertising as on their website they mentioned they provide unlimited rounds of changes until you're happy. When I asked for a refund they refuse to give it to me and even try to copyright my logo, it's an expensive, long and unrewarding process. I would tell everyone else to stay completely away from Zega Logo as they ignore your emails and there phone number they never pick up and block your calls, when I asked them for their location they mentioned that they are an American based company and have an Australian representative that works from home and gave me his home address, does not look very professional to me.

Worst Ever Service From Zega Logo

We signed up with Zega Logo 3 months ago at the time there was only one hosting fee payable ($19.95, which we were told included "everything"). We discovered only last month that we are now paying 3 separate fees, totaling almost $100.00 pm! We have tried several times to obtain explanations about the fees and are told that they will not be charged again, but they continue to be charged. This business (very conveniently) does not send you invoices! There is no transparency about what we are being charged for, there was no consultation with us about upgrades or additional services. They have "upgraded" us to a very expensive level of service which we do not require or requested and started charging us without any other notification or consent from us. Also, this business does not seem to have a direct phone line - the calls I have made so far always go to a "overflow" phone (ALWAYS!) and it takes around 24 hours (or more) for us to receive a call back. We are changing to another provider asap! Do not get sucked into their cheap price because they will sting you with lots of more payments later and than start to threaten you.

Zega Logo Review - Do Not Trust Zega Logo

I run a small lawn mowing business and decided it was time to build a website as everyone has one now days so I contacted Zega Logo. At the start they seemed nice and friendly and mentioned they could build a website that would be custom designed to my needs and would be easy to use. Well, that was not the case, Once I paid them it took them 10 days to send through a design even though they mention they send designs in 48 hours, the design they sent through was very basic, looked like a template, I went onto their portfolio and could see there were many websites using the same layout but they just change the pictures and colors, so not really custom designed to my disappointment. The website took 2 months to build, mind you this is only a simple 5 page website with pictures about my business and a contact form, not sure why it took them so long. When I finally did get the website log in details I could see the website was very hard to use, you needed to know "basic coding" to update the website, well they told me at the start it would be drag and drop, so that was false advertising. I also notice the website sends out lots of spam emails through the contact form, when asked to fix they told me it was going to cost $149 to fix which I thought was ridicules as it would not need fixing in the first place if they did it correct. Needless to say I ended up stopping the website and getting it built elsewhere, I did not get any refund, seems like Zega Logo is a scam company to me, be careful! https://zegalogo.com.au
